"ANSIEDAD" is the most streamed song on 111XPANTIA, Fuerza Regida's ninth album, released May 2, 2025. It is a couple's fight told from the side of the one who is in the wrong: another woman in his bed, the phone ringing, a girlfriend who does not understand him, and his plea that she should, because "es la vida de artista".

Underneath the lyric sits a detail most people miss on the first listen: the track is built on a sample of a live version of Vicente Fernández's "Acá Entre Nos". Rolling Stone and Billboard both pointed it out when the album dropped, and NPR described the opening as a cloud of reverb around the voice of the king of mariachi before the twelve-string guitar comes in. JOP told Rolling Stone that in hip hop and reggaeton everybody uses samples and in his genre nobody does, and that it gave the album its extra sauce.

The chorus ends on the line that names the song: "y nomás la ansiedad no se va", and the anxiety just does not go away. The slang readings on this page (agüite, capillas, desvergue) are ours.
