"Fuego de noche, nieve de día" is from 1995, off "A medio vivir", Ricky Martin's third studio album, produced by K. C. Porter and coproduced by Ian Blake, the pen name of Robi Draco Rosa. It came out as the album's fourth single in March 1996. It is a story of a hidden love: she burns with him at night, and at dawn she goes back, cold as snow, to her usual life, where another man is waiting.
