"Blancanieves" is the song where Natanael Cano set the requinto aside for a while: trap and reggaeton, a look that says everything, Jordans stepping in the mud and the promise to climb out of the hole. The Snow White of the title is his girlfriend, and the pun in the second verse, "aunque no neve, aquí traigo nieve" (even if it does not snow, I have snow on me), is why the nickname exists.

Cano told Rolling Stone how it happened: dinner and wine with his girlfriend, the urge to get into the studio, and the next morning the song came out of a freestyle at the microphone while he was thinking about her. It was the first single from Porque La Demora, his July 2025 urbano album, released June 19 with a video starring her.

Rolling Stone covered it as the start of his "urbano era" and, two weeks later, had him break down the song: it came from a freestyle and set the creative direction for the album. Cano told the magazine that making a corrido can take four to six hours and that reggaeton had him feeling motivated again.
