The relationship is over and he knows it ("Yo sé que lo nuestro terminó"), but he opens with a gentle compliment and the sweetest excuse he can find: it's cold and he didn't bring a sweater. In the verses he describes going out, drinking and looking for distractions, and admits none of it touches the pain; what really hurts is missing her. The chorus sums it up like a proverb: "Uno vuelve a donde fue feliz," you always go back to where you were happy. Junior H wrote it alone for $AD BOYZ 4 LIFE II (2023), an album he says started almost by accident: "I wrote one or two songs. The days passed and then I had four or five tracks about romance" (Rolling Stone, 2023). Rolling Stone singled it out again in 2025 as one of the album's highlights.
