Cómo pedir que quitemos algoHow to request removal
§ 512(c)(3)):Send your notice by email to dmca@puroraza.com, in English or Spanish. So we can act on it, the notice needs to include what U.S. copyright law asks for (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
Your physical or electronic signature, as the rights holder or as someone authorized to act on their behalf.
Which copyrighted work is involved (the song, the lyrics or the text). If there are several, a representative list is enough.
Which material you want removed and where it is: the exact page address on puroraza.com and, if it helps, the lines or section.
- Cómo contactarte: nombre, dirección, teléfono y correo. How to reach you: name, address, phone and email.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
If what you want is simpler, like fixing a credit, shortening an excerpt or adding an official link, tell us that too. We are glad to fix it.
Qué hacemos al recibirloWhat we do when we receive it
We read every notice. We aim to confirm receipt and reply within five business days. If the notice is complete, we remove or disable the material as soon as we can and let you know when it is done. If something is missing, we tell you what.
§ 512(g)(3):If something you posted here (for example, a name on the game's leaderboard) was removed because of a notice and you believe it was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter notice to the same address with what 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) asks for:
- Tu firma, física o electrónica.Your physical or electronic signature.
- Qué material se quitó y dónde aparecía antes.Which material was removed and where it appeared before.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address and phone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you live outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
We forward your counter notice to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may put the material back.
Infracciones repetidasRepeat infringers
Today Puro Raza has no user accounts and no uploads; the only thing a visitor can post is a name on the leaderboard. Even so, where appropriate, we will block anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright.
Avisos falsosFalse notices
Anyone who knowingly makes false statements in a notice or counter notice may be liable for the damages it causes (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). If you are not sure a use infringes your rights, write to us first and we can talk it through.
