A short story in four verses. At dawn, drinking with friends at a club, the narrator spots a girl and feels something he has not felt in a long time. He makes his move, she pulls him onto the dance floor, and he admits: "Tengo yo miedo y no me quiero enamorar" (I'm afraid and I don't want to fall in love). The night passes, the sun comes up and she is gone; in the days after he keeps going back to the club looking for her and asks the moon to tell her to come back.

Junior H has said it is a true story, mostly a friend's: a 24 hour romance at a party in Rosarito that he wrote about afterward. It is track 15 on Corridos Tumbados (Rancho Humilde, 2019), the compilation that named the genre, and his first recording with Natanael Cano. He says it was one of the songs that opened a lot of doors for him.

Yes, and most of it is not his. Junior H said it blends a bit of his own story with a friend's from Utah: at a party in Rosarito the friend fell for a girl, they had 24 hours together and never heard from each other again. He wrote the song afterward and showed it to the friend once it was already "out, blown up".
