"Si no es ahora" (If not now) was the fourth and final single from "Timbiriche VII" (1987), the group's best selling album, with more than a million copies, and the one that brought in Thalía and Eduardo Capetillo. Thalía and Diego Schoening sing it, and it was written by Fernando Riba and Kiko Campos, with a very eighties sound and a musical nod to Mike and the Mechanics' "All I Need Is a Miracle". The lyric is pure hopeful waiting: he knows she will call, and if not today, then tomorrow. It reached number 6 in Mexico and is one of Timbiriche's most remembered songs.
